I’m Holly, a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner (BHSc) and empowered toddler mumma, and I know how it feels to give everything to your family and feel like there’s nothing left for yourself. I’ve been there too—exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering how to find “me” again.

My own journey through significant postpartum challenges, including postpartum depression and PMDD, has deeply shaped the way I support mums like you. I’m passionate about helping women heal, rebuild, and rediscover the vibrant, empowered women they are meant to be.
